Here are the steps to cancel your account: Open the Injoy app and go to the profile section (located at the top right corner). Select the "Password & Security" tab in your profile settings. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the "Delete Account" button. You will receive a confirmation email. Copy the account deletion confirmation number from the email. Paste the confirmation number into the Injoy app. Your account will be deleted.

No, we recommend swabbing your toilet paper to collect your samples. Your in-app sample collection instructions will ask you to use the included swabs to collect a sample directly from your toilet paper. We include stool catchers in the kit for people who have no stool on their toilet paper after they wipe. Instructions on how to use the attachable toilet stool catchers can be found in your in-app collection instructions after selecting "Don’t have enough?" on step 4.

There is a 3 month minimum for Injoy Premium. Your 3 month commitment renews every 3 months once a new Injoy Microbiome Test Kit is shipped. You will be charged monthly. If you cancel after 30 days you will be charged for the remaining months (unless you have already sent in your microbiome samples). There is no minimum commitment for Injoy Basic.
